| ARGININE ALPHA-KETOGLUTARATE Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate more commonly known as AAKG is a form of Arginine with the addition of a molecule called Alpha-Ketoglutarate. Alpha-Ketogltarate is a form of Glutamine and together they form AAKG which helps arginine absorption increasing Nitric Oxide production. The increased level of NO(Nitric Oxide) increase blood flow and nutrient delivery to the muscles. The use of AAKG 30 minutes before training gives users what s known as “perpetual pump” allowing for a more intensive work outs and used over a period of time will usually result in a gain of both muscle size and strength.
