Now Alan has clinched his biggest achievement to date after storming the UK BFF North East Championship show, which was held in Leeds.
Alan, who owns the gym Cutz-n-Curves in Leadgate, Consett, was crowned winner of the Masters Class: Over 50s. He said: “It’s great to be a winner in such a big federation as UK BFF.
Having been training for over 30 years and a gymnasium owner for 20, through this transitional period, I have always been looking for ways to improve my diet in relation to the competitive edge.
Although I have achieved success in Strongman, power lifting and bodybuilding, nutrition plays a Vital role in achieving excellence.,
I have recently changed my supplementation to "EVOLUTION" in particular, "QUATTRO" four protein blend, this product has given me a new edge to my training, being, Increase muscle mass, and training endurance.
